Job Description
At Auberge Collection, we celebrate the art of cuisine and the dedication of those who create it. As a Commis de Partie, you will be an essential member of the kitchen team, contributing to exceptional dining experiences through precision, consistency, and passion. Your role is central to delivering the flavors and quality that define our culinary excellence.
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team members. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
Food Preparation & Consistency
Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards, portion standards, and timing requirements per server checks.
Start items that can be prepared ahead of time, ensuring quantities meet estimated needs without overproduction.
Kitchen Operations & Equipment
Operate, maintain, and properly clean all kitchen equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Follow all safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment in accordance with food safety guidelines.
Team Support & Additional Duties
This role is an invitation to develop your culinary skills while contributing to extraordinary dining experiences. As a Commis de Partie, your attention to detail, efficiency, and dedication will help deliver memorable moments on every plate.
Qualifications
Skills & Competencies
Previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to perform confidently under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.
Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Availability
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, and holidays, according to departmental needs.
